Complete Wedding Weekend – Venue Rental — $4,600

Designed to give you the time, comfort, and freedom to enjoy every moment of your wedding.
With Friday through Sunday access, you have plenty of time for decorating, rehearsal, relaxing, hosting family and friends, and celebrating without rushing.
Includes:
- Exclusive access to the barn, ceremony lawn, pergola, courts, and grounds (Fri–Sun)
- Full use of the barn for reception & indoor ceremony
- Ceremony lawn with mature trees & cascading water feature
- Pergola cocktail area with grape vines & fire pit
- The Courts for games, overflow seating, and food setups
- Tables & chairs for all guests
- Choice of black or white linens
- Unlimited setup & decorating time (Fri–Sun)
- Open vendor policy
- On-site hosts available throughout the weekend

On-Site Residence Rental — $800
For couples who want to stay on property for a relaxed wedding weekend.
Friday 3 PM – Sunday 11 AM

Large deck overlooking ponds & water feature
Residence rental is subject to applicable Washington retail sales tax.($740 + $60 tax)
Barn-Only Reception — $3,500
A great option for couples hosting a reception without an on-site ceremony.
This package provides day-of access to the barn for decorating, dining, dancing, and celebrating.

Use of the barn for your reception
Tables & chairs

Vendor flexibility
