How many guests can the barn accommodate?
Our timber-frame barn measures 42′ × 72′, including a 12-foot section that contains the restrooms, food prep area, and storage. The main event space comfortably accommodates up to 150 guests for ceremonies and receptions. For larger gatherings, food stations, buffet tables, or serving wagons can be easily set up on the adjacent tennis court just steps away from the barn.
Do you allow outside catering and alcohol?
Yes. You’re welcome to choose your own caterer, and alcohol is allowed with a licensed and insured bartender. Beer and wine only require a simple banquet permit.
What’s included in the wedding rental?
Tables, chairs, on-site parking, setup time, access to the grounds, and full use of the barn and outdoor ceremony spaces are included. We also provide restrooms and a convenient food prep area.
Can we hold the ceremony outdoors?
Absolutely. Most couples choose the lawn with the barn working beautifully as a weather-safe backup.
Are there dressing rooms for the wedding party?
Yes, we provide private bride and groom suites for getting ready on-site in the house.
